Moray Eel

I have not posted any scuba pictures for a while so this is overdue.

Another picture of a Moray Eel taken in the Cocos Island. These eels love to hunker down in the rocks, pocking out their heads to check out what is going on outside, and to breathe. They will tend to come towards you when you get close, my understanding is that they have very poor eyesight and use smell to sense their surroundings.

From what I can tell they are relatively peaceful and will only attack if threatened.
