Computer Ownership Stats by The Economist
Interesting computer ownership stats over on the Economist web site.
I am surprised that the US ranks so low with 76.2 computers per person (I own 4, not including my iPhone, or my AppleTV). I would be interested to know how they decided what constitutes a computer and what does not.
Updated (19 Dec 2008) – Some additional figures from the Economist present a slightly different picture if you lump regions together, in which case the US is ahead of other regions.
