Accident Waiting to Happen

MacMerc published a set of disassembly photos of the faulty iPhone charger (the one that is getting recalled).

It turns out the prongs are just glued to the casing, though I have not tried it (and I don’t recommend that anyone does) it looks like you can rip the prongs out by just twisting the charger when it is in a wall socket.
