Adding The Trash To Your Finder Sidebar

A long time ago, Mac OS X allowed you to put the trash icon in you finder sidebar, I think this was the case until Mac OS X 10.3. At which point that capability was taken away much to my chagrin and you had to go through hoops to get the trash icon in there. Way too complicated.

Now someone found a very simple and elegant way of doing this, which you can read about over on TUAW.
